Art meets nature in the stunning home of New Zealand-born artist Stefan Dunlop and his Australian wife Adrienne, among the eucalyptus trees in Noosa, Australia. The couple worked with Bark Design to draw up plans for a modern home to suit their young family, and to take advantage of the gorgeous views visible from the property.
Clean white walls, black trim, 16-foot ceilings, and wood floors bring a sense of order and serenity to the rooms. Every level of the house has an amazing view, from the Noosa hills to the Pacific Ocean. There is even a plunge pool which can be dived into from the top level.
My favourite area of the house is the open-plan lounge/ dining room/ kitchen, with its mid-century modern furniture, austere fireplace, and huge wall of windows.
